OBJECTIVES - TALO AID & DEVELOPMENT

To improve food security for the vulnerable group, IDP’s, People living with hiv/aids (PLWA).

To increase treatment of moderate and uncomplicated severe acute malnutrition (OTP & SFP).

To promote health care facilities, and support treatment of common illnesses with provision of free medical.

To promote availability of water hygiene and sanitation to the vulnerable people´s.

Improve agricultural income for crops and livestock through encouragement of appropriate dry land and farming activities ensuring food security and reducing food aid-dependency to all levels of small scale farm holder in Somalia.

To rehabilitate existing public/private infrastructure better social economic development through cash for work activities and job creation opportunities.

To enhance capacity of school teachers, administration, through capacity building workshops.

To develop psychosocial services and protection of the children involved in armed conflicts.

To provide safe emergency learning spaces for children and youth through construction of learning facilities using temporary materials for the vulnerable people and IDP´s champs.

To participate research developments survey data collection, interview questionnaires, focus group discussion and presenting the need assessment reports in the field of work.

To enhance community awareness of the risk hiv/aids campaign and reduction of stigma and discrimination and jobs creating opportunities to the PLWA.

To promote capacity building all parties of Somalia society to result conflict and restore peace.

Prevention of female genital mutilation FGM in Somalia communities and training local traditional midwiferies in awareness rising by protecting bad cultural believes in the societies towards female genital mutilation FGM.
